'Cocky' Justin Bieber tested positive for pot, Xanax, police docs say
(CNN) -- Justin Bieber was under the influence of alcohol, pot and Xanax when police stopped him for drag racing in Miami Beach last week, police documents allege.
"Yeah, we were smoking all night at the studio," the singer told a police officer who told him he "reeked of marijuana," according to documents released Thursday.
Bieber was "excited," "talkative," "insulting" and "cocky" and "used profanity," according to a intoxication evaluation conducted by police in the Florida city.
His speech was mumbled, his pupils dilated, his face flushed and his eyes bloodshot, the assessment said.

Is this the iPhone 6? New video reveals what Apple's big screen handset could look like
Concept images have emerged that show Apple's next-generation handset with a super-thin slender chassis. This concept, by Italian-based firm SET Solution, predicts the handset could be 1.5mm at the top and 3mm at the bottom, in order to retain the home button..
It may not be revealed until later this year, but Apple fans have mocked up what they think the much-rumoured big screen iPhone 6 will look like.

A petition requesting that President Obama deport Bieber and revoke his visa has been gaining popularity in the past few days."We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture.
